What we do for you to say "I Do"!

  • You get in contact.

  • We meet in person or via Teams/Zoom.

  • Then discuss plans and ideas.

  • I email details.

  • You pay a deposit to confirm the booking.

  • I email Terms and Conditions.

  • Later, I'll send you the link to the online form to order your marriage licence.

  • You order online (usually about 2 weeks before your wedding)

  • Craft ceremony! 

  • I email through rehearsal information.

  • You share the timeline, contacts and vendor details etc.

  • On-site, we run through and rehearse 

  • On the day, I arrive at least 30 minutes before your ceremony.

  • I'll check in with you and your wedding party.

  • We check that we have the rings, vows, microphone, music and any other equipment all ready for your ceremony.

  • I go through cues and timing with the photographers, DJ/musician and if you have a videographer too.

  • I welcome guests, say some Housekeeping/Health and Safety 

  • You walk up the aisle to music!

  • I coordinate and perform your ceremony.

  • You say your vows!

  • We sign the marriage licence along with two witnesses.

  • I pronounce you married.

  • You walk up the aisle together.

  • I submit the signed licence for the marriage to be registered.

With my guidance and experience, I can help create your customised ceremony to suit your style.
I like help to get it all set up so you can focus on the things that matter…like each other!

Let's make your wedding day as fun, romantic and easy as possible, so your ceremony is tailored to you and your partner's unique relationship.

I've been lucky to meet so many amazing couples and I believe in equality. It doesn’t matter who you love, what matters is that you have love in your life!

I love themes, even subtle things like a colour scheme or a general overall look, such as a romantic wedding.

I can work in with your theme including what I wear on the day (I love dressing up) and planning what I wear to your ceremony is all part of the fun for me.
I am happy to travel to your venue or ceremony location.

I love animals and pets, especially pets at weddings, after all they are part of the family too!


It’s all about you as a couple, celebrating with your support crew of friends, family and guests, having fun together on your romantic day.

Wedding MC

  • Keep everything running smoothly and stay on time

  • Coordinating with DJ/Musicians, caterers & venue

  • Guide guests to the ceremony area and help seat guests

  • Housekeeping including the venue's Health & Safety

  • Assist photographer in assembling groups for photos

  • Give directions about where to be and when

  • Run any games or activities e.g. Lawn Games, Photobooth

  • Welcome guests into the reception or dining area

  • Announce and introduce the Wedding Party

  • Announcing when dinner is served (and how e.g. buffet, family style etc.)

  • Ensure everyone is ready for speeches, ahead of time

  • Introduce each speaker in a humorous and friendly way

  • Gather guests to ensure they can see the Cake Cutting

  • Announce the Bouquet Throwing, garter removal, games or anything else you'd like to do.

  • Assemble everyone around the dance floor for the First Dance

  • I can join you and your guests on the dancefloor for a few songs, before I go and leave you to enjoy the rest of your wedding night!

Any other cultural traditions can be included, such as a Blessing or Grace, Taonga gifting, Plates Smashing, or Tivaevae ceremony, etc. as requested.
